Just wanted to give a BIG Kudos to Warnky for taking care of my elderly mother. Her air conditioner just went kaput with no warning. I called her regular air conditioning company that had serviced her system in the past. He advised me it would be $89.00 just to come out to the house and that if they found a problem the cost would be waived if we agreed to the repair. They reassured me they would not break something just to get the repair job, ( now why on earth would they even say that)!!!! Well i called Warnky and they sent a technician out the very next day . It turned out to be the compressor on my mothers 16 year old system. She was advised that she could have that repaired but was advised against it , due to the age of the system. My Mom was given three options, all of them were reasonable. Sadly my Mom chose the least expensive option, only due to the fact she felt a new system would out live her......My Mom was extremely happy with the service her technician provided her. Taking the time to explain everything he had done to fix her system....Way to go!!!!!! I can't even be that patient with her at times. She even gave him a $25.00 tip....that is a WOW FACTOR!!!!. Thank you Warnky for keeping us COOL!!!!!!!

Hi, this is the same game that fixed our coils that last time. I think he is one of the most honest and good techs I ever dealt with! Never did he try to push anything or sell anything. I hated that with our old AC company we used to use!!! And even before you fixed our unit in 2010 not knowing we had a leak we called Sears and they didn't even figure it out! On January 13, 2015 Warnky installed a new Rheem Air Conditioner. The installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. My wife and I were very pleased. Since our system was 15 years old (never a breakdown), we had a new system installed to avoid summer A/C breakdowns. I am very please with Warnky. The service is timely, professional, and well performed. I would recommend this company to any prospective buyer.

My house is 13 years old and still had the original air handler, though the condenser was replaced by the previous owner in 2009. We knew it was on borrowed time and our home was not as comfortable as we thought it should be. Our air handler is in a recess in the ceiling of our garage, similar to many FL homes. It was close to our bedroom and it would get really cold in there, but the bedrooms at the other end of the house would not get cool at all. They had very little airflow and no return air dusts. Bryan, the technician with Warnky, determined that my existing system was too small at 3.5 tons and suggested adding air returns in the 2 bedrooms and office at the far end of the house.and increasing the system to 4 tons. We agreed on other duct changes including an additional duct to the far end of the house to increase airflow to those rooms and changing the duct to our bedroom, adding a damper in that duct in the space over our garage so we could reduce airflow to our bedroom if needed. Warnky technicians, Shawn and Justin, spent a full day in our hot attic with18 inches of blown in insulation making the needed duct changes. Bryan was in and out that day supervising and assisting with the changes. The second day they built a new supply plenum as Bryan decided to turn the air handler around. The previous unit was installed with the supply blowing toward our bedroom and away from the rest of the house! No wonder our bedroom was so cold! By reversing this, the new system blows the air in the direction it must travel farthest! This was a great idea and though it was more work to alter additional ducts, there was no extra charge. They finished the installation of the ducts, the air handler, the condenser outside, installed a new line set and thermostat and started it up about 5 PM in the afternoon. The difference in comfort and the even cooling in the house is amazing! We went to a 16 SEER, 4 ton Rheem unit and I expect to see significant energy savings over my previous 10 SEER unit, with lower electric bills. During the two day process, all Warnky personnel were careful, courteous, kept everything as clean as possible and cleaned up any mess that was necessary to make! I got estimates from 4 contractors and am extremely pleased that I choose Warnky! Though all recommended adding return ducts, only one other recommended going to a 4 ton system.

This was an Angie's List review we recieved from Bob Lattimer of Cape Coral, FL in Royal Tee Country Club. When I spoke with him a couple of weeks ago to see if someone could call him for a referral he told me his electric bill was more than $100 less monthly. Yay!


We contacted several A/C companies for an estimate to replace our 14-year old air conditioning system. From our first meeting Bob and I were so impresses with how professional and knowledgeable you were. You didn't just try and sell us a system, but spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the sustems available today and which application would be best for our needs. We are really satisfied with our new system and the excellent service that we received from Warnky Heating and Cooling. The quality of work performed was up to high standards. Your service men that installed our system were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and extremely neat which is very important to both of us. We have no hesitation recommending you and your company to anyone. Your promptness, expertise, and professionalism are very rare to find these days. It is nice to know there are still quality people and contractors who do what they say and take the time to do a quality job. Thank you very much.


A few days ago Andrew and Mark installed a new A/C system here. It's working perfectly. We had your estimator here twice and two other companies.
